Research, development and tangible measures
During the programme, eTampere’s sub-programmes launched almost 400 local, regional, national and international projects. Extensive cooperation was implemented in these projects between research, business and government and from the perspectives of technology, economy and society. Some were research projects whose results will only be visible at some future point; some were very practical, directly supporting the everyday activities of companies and citizens. More than 270 companies and approximately 450 researchers participated in the projects.
